Writing a poem..

Do you wanna try writing a poem? It just needs to be a simple poem guys using one of the sentence stems below for your poems.

Boredom is...

Love is...

A friend is...

Being young is...

Without you...

I remember...

I've forgotten...

I wish i...

If i could... then i would...

When i'm 64 i'll...

The first four lines of your poem should start with the stem you have chosen, and then you use your imagination to make the final sentence. Look at the example below..

Being young is being with friends.
Being young is losing friends.
Being young is taking examinations.
Being young is wondering
Whether there will be a future.

Have a go and post your poem in the comments okay? If we get quite a few i'll make a poster of them for the classroom wall. guys dont forget to tell the other guys from conversation class about this activity and also about joining the site so you guys can post things too :-)
